Terms and Conditions for Free Website Design/Development Promotion

 

1. Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to individuals and businesses aged 18 and above.
• To qualify for the free website design/development, participants must purchase a website hosting or SEO package during the promotion period.

 

2. Promotion Period:

• The promotion begins on 22/11/23 and ends on 31/12/23.

 

3. How to Participate:

• To participate, customers must purchase a website hosting or SEO package from DataDyne Consulting LTD during the promotion period.
• The free website design/development service will be provided to eligible participants upon completion of the qualifying purchase.

 

4. Free Website Design/Development Service:

• The free website design/development of  a standard WordPress brochure website
• Any additional features or customization beyond the specified scope will be subject to additional charges.

 

5. Exclusions:

• The promotion does not apply to existing customers who have already purchased website packages before the promotion period.
• The free website design/development service cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

 

6. Limitations:

• Each customer is eligible for one free website design/development service per qualifying purchase.
• The free service is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  
  

 

7. Redemption:

• Eligible participants will be contacted by DataDyne Consulting LTD to initiate the website design/development process.
• Participants must redeem the free service within 30 days after the end of the promotion period.

 

8. Modification or Termination:

• DataDyne Consulting LTD reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of termination, eligible participants who have already made qualifying purchases will still be entitled to the free website design/development service.
